Every Thursday we pay homage to the traditional Oaxacan cuisine, the Tlayuda. A Tlayuda is a traditional Oaxacan style pizza, typically consisting of a large, thin, crunchy toasted tortilla typically covered with a spread of refried beans, avocado, meat, cheese + salsa.
Choose your topping + top it off with your favourite salsas from our vibrant salsa station. Thursdays are for Tlayudas – a true taste of Mexico!
